Built From Necessity. Designed For Everyone.
ArmGlide was not designed in a boardroom. It was built on a kitchen table by someone who needed it to exist.
A Shoulder Injury. A Gap in the Market.
After a shoulder injury, our founder turned to resistance bands to rebuild his strength. The problem was that no two reps felt the same. The bands stretched differently each time, there was no way to measure pull distance, and progress was impossible to track. Recovery felt like guesswork.
So he stopped guessing and started building. Using what he had at home, he rigged together a resistance training tool that was sturdy enough to stay consistent, comfortable enough to grip properly, and precise enough to actually measure. That homemade device became the foundation for everything ArmGlide is today.
One Tool. Built for Everyone.
ArmGlide is a resistance trainer designed to give your shoulder a structured, measurable path forward. Whether you are recovering from surgery, rebuilding after injury, or training to perform at your best, ArmGlide puts a number on your progress so you always know where you stand.
The tool is still being discovered. Athletes, physical therapists, and trainers are finding new ways to use it every day. That is exactly the point.
